The Pastoral module replaces all types of curriculum and pastoral communication concerning students including; emails, paper trails and any bespoke systems.

Forms can be customised as static or dynamic (email like) to record praise, concerns, rewards or for general information on welfare or safeguarding concerns.

The module allows for recording sensitive information and maintaining central communication / action logs.

The power of the Pastoral system is in the way it allows for email like communication, sending dynamic inbox alerts and keeping all discussions contained within an auditable centralised system.

A tutor group or form group can be managed by multiple tutors using proxy functionality.
